1999 is when it all started with OmniPoint. Then a couple of years later VoiceStream took over, then it was T-Mobile. Finally in 2009 I retired from the cell phone business. Here I am still chugging along and staying in the game by helping others and making a little side money on the side. (As of 2014, I'm back to doing it full time as I see many more people need help)

BUT, the thing that I personally do differently from others is that I WANT people to be happy with their device and the work that I do for them. That is why I make sure to tell people that I'm here not to just help you NOW, but also for the future...I'm just a phone call or a text away from help.

Sure there are tons of others on the net that can help you get what you need, but will they guarantee that they won't "break" your device? Will they answer your questions AFTER they've already gotten paid?!

Calm down...my first advice to you leave it alone. More likely than not, you only soft bricked your device. In which it can be revived. If you start to tinker and don't know what you are doing, you can wind up HARD BRICKING it. Contact me and provide to me as much info as possible.
